GEN Z GOES TO WORK

 In April 2021, ForceBrands partnered with St. John’s University to survey 450 recent and soon-to-be college graduates between the ages of 18—27. This survey depicts the results and insights gleamed from their responses - and covers topics including their social media and job searching habits, as well as their expectations for their first job after graduation.

I defined the aesthetic of the ForceBrands Jobs instagram account and designed a large majority of the posts. Since the ForceBrands job board is geared toward entry to junior-level roles, these posts were made to feel fresh and capture the attention of our younger candidate audience. I worked in collaboration with ForceBrands’ Editorial Director, Rebecca Fenton, who provided all of the content and set the cadence of the posts.
